My portfolio of successful projects spans office, retail, community, residential, hotel/conference and parks; and includes securing the largest development site in NYC (Arverne East). In addition to my role as Adjunct Professor in Columbia University’s Real Estate Development Master’s program—where I teach a required course— I am the Senior Real Estate Development Project Manager for the NYC affiliate of an international builder/developer Habitat for Humanity, where my development responsibilities include the largest, greenest US project in the organization's history (Atlantic).

My prior work experience spans roles as VP for a national developer/tax credit syndicator (The Richman Group Development Corporation: Greenwich, CT-based), SPM at a third-generation builder/developer (The Bluestone Organization: NYC-based) and Analyst functions with one of the largest privately-held real estate investment companies in the country (Ashley Capital: NYC-based).

Since 2004 I have successfully navigated the unique financial and political challenges of developing affordable communities with most federal/state/local programs and housing agencies along the US Eastern Seaboard. I have delivered—in roles reporting directly to a Principal level—over $225 million of built projects and established a substantial pipeline of new development. I have applied for over $155 million of direct/indirect affordable housing funding and have secured many times this amount in bond/traditional financing. A list of these applications is available on request.
